Our partner who is a research and development firm within the automotive industry is looking for an experienced development team leader

Tasks:

Organizational and professional management of the SW development team
The team’s integration within AVL, facilitating its supply with work
Ensure compliance with internal process regulations
Actively participate in setting the direction of development and procurement of development tools
Responsible for the team’s professional advancement
Keep contact with universities, employment agencies, external customers
Cost controlling his/her own cost center

Requirements:

Technical University Degree
6-8 years of experience in function development in engine management systems and embedded code development
Control theory experience
English and/or German - at least intermediate level
Structured, solid working method
Good communication skills
Leader and teamwork skills
