GUI Programmer

Comppany is, a leading international publisher and developer of original games for social networks and mobile handsets, is looking for a Graphical User Interface Programmer to join the studio in Helsinki. The open position offers an opportunity to participate in development of original games for multiple platforms. Come to work with interesting and ground breaking games for social networks, enjoy the best development team and learn about our efficient project management methods in an open collaborative work environment.

Primary responsibilities:
User interface programming for games in development
Cooperation with the GUI Artist to develop GUI Best Practices and guidelines
Cooperation with the other members of the team
The ideal candidate should meet most of the following qualifications:
Experience of GUI programming for the web, with technologies like Actionscript3/Flash, javascript (jQuery, Prototype), html, css
Knowledge of UI design principles and best practices
Experience in graphics oriented programming or game development is a bonus
Experience on touch GUI (iPhone/Android) is a big bonus
Game code samples or demos are a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
